Shipping policy

Order Processing and Dispatch:
- Monday to Friday: Order processing occurs between 08h00 and 15h00. Orders placed before 15h00 will be dispatched on the same day.
- Overnight delivery is applicable to all major centers, with extended delivery times for more remote areas like Pofadder, not exceeding three working days.

Weekends and After Hours:
- Orders placed after 15h00 or during the weekend will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.
- Orders received after the courier collection on Thursday will be dispatched on Friday, with delivery anticipated the following Monday.
- Please note that couriers do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.

Discreet Packaging and Privacy:
- Parcels are discreetly packaged in plain cardboard boxes within regular courier packaging, devoid of any indications of origin.
- The waybill maintains utmost privacy with an alias sender name.
- Your bank statement reflects payments under a nondescript account name like "ML Webstore" to uphold order confidentiality.
- Feel confident in receiving deliveries at home or work; even if a colleague signs for the box, the contents remain a well-guarded secret.

Efficient Waybill System and Delivery Process:
- Our efficient waybill system validates your address details, ensuring a 10/10 delivery success rate.
- To guarantee smooth delivery, please provide accurate information.
- Couriers make multiple attempts, and if you're unavailable, they will try again on their next run.

Delivery Availability and Recommendations:
- In summary, you must be available throughout the day for delivery. Alternatively, designate someone to receive your order.
- Couriers follow a busy schedule, making specific delivery times challenging.
- Our discreet packaging allows delivery to your workplace.

Communication and Support:
- While direct contact from drivers isn't guaranteed, be proactive in informing security personnel about the delivery.
- For delivery concerns, contact the couriers directly or let us track and confirm on your behalf.
- Note: The courier attempts delivery three times. If unsuccessful, a re-send fee is applicable before dispatching with the couriers again.

Additional Delivery Options:
- Saturday Delivery: Available at an additional cost for specific centers; contact us via email to inquire about the possibility.
- Early-Bird Delivery: Offered at an extra charge, but not guaranteed due to potential disruptions; orders must be placed and paid for before 09h00.
- Public Holiday Delivery: Unfortunately not available, as couriers do not operate on public holidays, allowing our team to enjoy time with loved ones.
- Same Day Delivery: Not a preferred service due to high costs and the uncertainty of couriers; recommend our standard courier delivery for reliability. 
- Pudo Delivery: Optimal for secure pickup locations or non-standard working hours; delivery within 3 business days, with an additional 2 days for outlying areas; collect using your unique Pudo Code within 3 days to avoid return to sender.
